Overall, I think having so many different places where information can be found is difficult for most students. How this class is structured makes it hard to find things, it is very time consuming because you are searching so much, and it is easy to miss assignments that are due. I personally spent about an hour and a half trying to read everything, figure out where assignments were located, and the due date for assignments. While I understand that all of this information wouldn't fit on canvas, I wish canvas would be utilized more. Canvas is very user friendly especially for those who are not tech savy and it provides a centralized hub for all the information needed for the course.

Hi Olivia! Please don't hesitate to write and ask when you have questions: if I'm online, I will answer right away. I try to make things clear in the Orientation Week, but I know it is different from other classes, so if you can let me know when you have questions that is a really big help to me. Unless people let me know what is confusing, I do not know what areas of the class I can work on to fix. If you remember something in particular that took you a while to figure out this past week, let me know so that I can try to do a better job next semester! All the assignments are on the page for each week, I promise, so that's always a good place to look: Week 1, Week 2, and so on, and I always include that link at the top of the announcements every day too. That's why the announcements are the homepage in Canvas: when in doubt, check the announcements! And if you can't find what you need there, write me and ask. I promise I'll answer!
