Reading Notes: The Monkey King Sun Wu Kung-Part A

After reading "The Monkey King Sun Wu Kung" from the Chinese Fairy Book by R. Wilhelm I realized that I really enjoyed reading part A of the reading. I thought that the author did a great job with the characterization. It was evident who each character was and the type of personality they had. I also liked the length of the paragraphs that they had. So often you read a story that the paragraphs go on and on and on or the paragraph is so short it lacks information. Through reading this I discovered what I like to see in a story.
